This special dinner features a seven-course tasting menu, with each dish perfectly paired with a distinctive Champagne. Highlights include Pierre Gerbais “Champ Viole”, Etienne Calsac “Rose de Craie”, Cédric Bouchard “Roses de Jeanne BO”, Henri Giraud “PR90-20”, Jérôme Prévost La Closerie “&”, Larmandier-Bernier “Rosé de Saignée”, and the grand finale, Tarlant “BAM!”. Hosted and guided by Champagne expert Ben Kouider, this is a dinner that celebrates the inimitable flavour delivered through exceptional craftsmanship.
