This month we welcome Penelope Diaz, Peruvian Chef and Founder of Fusion Ceviche, to the club for a guest appearance in Rōhen alongside our very own Executive Chef Michael Hoepfl. Together they will present a menu that celebrates Peruvian flavours and ingredients, blending Chef Diaz’s passion and Rōhen’s Nikkei heritage.

As part of this special evening, join an empanada workshop led by Chef Diaz herself, where you will learn the art of creating these traditional Peruvian pastries.
