An Evening with Villa Sparina •[Fully Booked]•

Join us for an exceptional Wine Dinner celebrating the wines of Villa Sparina, a renowned wine estate in Italy’s Piedmont region, celebrated for its high-quality wines, particularly its signature Gavi di Gavi. The estate is known for its dedication to preserving traditional winemaking techniques while embracing innovation. Hosted by Roberto Fossati, Export Director of Villa Sparina, the evening will commence with a glass of NV Villa Sparina Sparkling and canapés, followed by a selection of white wines, including the 2022 Gavi, and magnums of 2011, 2010, 2009, and 2008 Gavi Monterotondo, each thoughtfully paired with a signature Mediterranean dish.
