Sake Discovery: Koshimeiji Brewery

Hosted by Yoshihara-san, master sake brewer at the renowned Koshimeijo Brewery, we invite you to join us for another popular evening of sake discovery. Koshimeijo, established in 1845, continues to honour its heritage by using traditional recipes and handmade brewing techniques to craft a distinct style of Niigata sake. Nestled in the mountainous village of Tochio, Nagaoka City, Koshimeijo Sake Brewery benefits from over three metres of snow accumulation each winter. This natural blanket helps maintain a consistently cool temperature inside the brewery, providing ideal conditions for sake production.

This experience offers a curated selection of exquisite sakes, including Zen, Grace, and Special Class, paired with a variety of gourmet canapés, providing the perfect opportunity to explore the artistry behind Koshimeijo’s finest sakes in an intimate setting.
